tw for drugs and mania

I just spent ten minutes searching YouTube for what the hell is screeching in my back yard. It seems to be a barn owl. It’s pretty scary but kind of cool.

I took xanax to calm me down and now I’m high but still feeling that manic alertness and twitchiness. Does anyone have any tips to calm that it is very uncomfortable? I am smoking a cigarette and hoping that I will sleep eventually. I wish I could call somebody I don’t like this
